Mr. DAVIN Mr. DAVIN 593 [593] Mr. DAVIN asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received repeated applications for payment (with interest) of an amount of £3 subscribed to the Dáil Loan, 1919-20, by Mrs. Brigid Dooley (née Gorman), Glosha, Rathdowney, Leix, and if he is now prepared to sanction payment of the amount due. Mr. BLYTHE Mr. BLYTHE Mr. BLYTHE: An application was received on the 10th November, 1927, from Bridget Dooley, Glosha, Rathdowney, for repayment in respect of a sum stated to have been subscribed to the Dáil Eireann Internal Loan. A receipt was not furnished, and the particulars submitted in support of the application are not such as would enable me to authorise repayment. If satisfactory evidence of payment of the subscription is furnished, the application will be further considered.
