Mr. BLYTHE: I move that leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled “an Act to apply a sum out of the Central Fund to the Service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and to appropriate the supplies granted in this session of the Oireachtas.”
