Mr. F. CARTY asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire any portion of the Heather lands in the vicinity of Knockadoo, on the Thompson Estate, Co. Sligo, for subdivision among the small farmers in that district.

Mr. RODDY: The Land Commission are making inquiries as to the suitability of the lands of Knockadoo and Ballinvally, held by the representatives of H.J. Heather, for acquisition under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.
