TOMAS O RAGHALLAIGH TOMAS O RAGHALLAIGH TOMAS O RAGHALLAIGH asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he is aware that the pier at Kilkeaveragh, Co. Kerry, still suffers very much from corrosion, and whether he will state, as a result of the inspection of this pier last summer, if he intends to put it into such condition as will meet the needs of the fishermen and small farmers of the locality. Mr. LYNCH Mr. LYNCH Mr. LYNCH: Precise estimates of the cost of repairing this pier are not yet available, but it is expected a sum of five or six hundred pounds would be needed. The funds at my disposal are very restricted, and have already been completely allocated to specific works this year. Dáil Éireann 26 CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. CORROSION OF KERRY PIER.
