O DUBHGHAILL asked the Minister for Finance whether the booklet entitled “Instructions for Charging Duty on Beer,” etc., and issued at the instance of the Revenue Commissioners, was printed in the Saorstát; and, if not, whether he will state where it was printed, and the reasons for withdrawing this work from Irish printers.
