SEOSAMH O CINNEIDE SEOSAMH O CINNEIDE SEOSAMH O CINNEIDE asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that William Mulligan, of Battstown, Cadda, Mullingar, has paid National Health Insurance contributions regularly since May, 1923, to January, 1928; and that, notwithstanding the fact that he presented ten medical certificates from January 9th, 1928, he has received no benefit and no answer to his application for arbitration. Mr. BLYTHE (for Minister for Local Government and Public Health) Mr. BLYTHE (for Minister for Local Government and Public Health) Mr. BLYTHE (for Minister for Local Government and Public Health): Inquiries have been made into this case by the Commission's outdoor staff, and benefit to the amount of £3 13s. 9d. has now been paid to Wm. Mulligan. It seems delay, for which the Department was not responsible, was due to some doubt as to what Approved Society he belonged to. With a view to a possible increased payment of benefit further inquiry is proceeding. Dáil Éireann 24 CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. MULLINGAR HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIM. Questions 19280606
