Kelly, 28 Parnell Place, Harold's Cross, for goods alleged to have been looted from his house during a military search in November, 1922, and when this claim will be dealt with. The PRESIDENT The PRESIDENT The PRESIDENT: A claim was received from Mr. Kelly in November, 1922, and was investigated. It was not found possible however to establish the identity of the troops engaged in the search, and it is regretted that compensation cannot be granted out of Army funds.
