Waterford; whether any charge has been preferred against him and with what result, or if he is prepared to recommend his release at an early date. The PRESIDENT The PRESIDENT The PRESIDENT: Mr. Kiely was charged before a military tribunal with possession of a rifle and ammunition, found guilty and sentenced to five years' penal servitude.
