Kelly, of Ballybane, Claremorris, and Pat Duffy, of Meelickmore, Claremorris, on account of cattle killed by a military [3192] lorry between Brickens and Bekan Station on 17th March, 1923, and, if not, whether he will see that these long outstanding claims are finally paid.
