Mr. A. BYRNE asked the Minister for Local Government if he will take steps to expedite the introduction and passing into law of the Dublin Reconstruction Bill.

MINISTER for LOCAL GOVERNMENT (Mr. Burke): The Bill is being introduced to-day.
