TOMAS O CONAILL asked the Minister for Defence whether the investigation into the claim made by Ed. Mulligan, Hazelhill, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, on account of a bullock killed on the public road between Ballyhaunis and Claremorris, in August, 1922, by a motor lorry driven by the military has yet been completed, and, if so, whether the amount of compensation claimed, viz., £12, has yet been paid?
