Mr. DESMOND FITZGERALD (Minister for External Affairs): With the permission of the Dáil, I would like to ask if it could be agreed that the whole of the time of the day could be given to Government business. If the Dáil agrees, the whole of the time of to-morrow will be allotted for the two matters down to-day as private business.
