SEAN BUITLEIR SEAN BUITLEIR 416 SEAN BUITLEIR: To ask the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that on the 3rd of August a Ford Touring Car, the property of Daniel Devitt, Racecourse, Cashel, was commandeered by Free State troops on the authority of Diarmuid O Riain, Comdt. [416] 2nd Tipperary Brigade, for the use of the army; also, whether he is aware that a claim has been lodged for the value of the car and loss sustained; whether he will cause inquiries to be made into the case with a view to the immediate settlement of the claim.
