TOMAS DE NOGLA: To ask the Minister for Defence whether any contracts for army clothing have been given to a firm known as Cohen and Wilkes, of Manchester; if not, whether he is aware that any Irish contractor for army clothing has sublet his contract to English clothing manufacturers, and if not already aware of this, will he demand of all contractors the information of where the clothing they have contracted for is being made.
